COVID-19 Update

 

In light of the current situation regarding COVID-19, we wanted to give you a quick update to reassure you about the measures we are taking to minimise any potential impact on our staff and our customers.

  • We are closely monitoring the situation as it develops and we are following Government and Public Health England advice on health and hygiene to protect our staff and customers from the spread of the virus

  • In accordance with Government guidelines, some of our team will be working from home to enable us to continue to provide our customers with a high level of service as the situation develops

  • Our offices are opening once a week to process web orders, however our shop and showroom is closed and we ask that you do not visit us until further notice. Any planned meetings are being conducted over the telephone or by email

  • We are processing and dispatching orders for stock items once a week, however we would advise that delivery times may be longer than usual

  • Orders for non-stock items which come from our European suppliers are currently experiencing delays due to factory closures

  • Our team are working hard to keep operations running smoothly and to minimise the effects of Covid-19

  • We will provide additional updates should there be any changes to our operations
