A popular choice for this size of yacht is a 4kVA Paguro generator which will produce ample power to run a Dessalator D60 Cruise watermaker and an air conditioning unit, whilst still having plenty of capacity to charge batteries and heat water. Dessalator watermakers are the factory standard for X-Yachts, however they can easily be retrofitted if the option isn't taken during the yacht build.
