Advance Yacht Systems is a family business, set up in 2005 and owned since 2022 by Rob Cotterill, a keen sailor, and family. Backed up by a loyal and experienced team, we are passionate about providing customers with the right solution for their needs, together with a professional service from first contact through the life of the product.
Service
With a reputation for excellent customer service and unrivalled technical support, Advance Yacht and its partners provide a complete service, from supply and design, through to installation, commissioning, spares and worldwide support. Our website is continually evolving and offers the most comprehensive range of spares for the products we distribute. We ship to over 50 worldwide destinations.

All of our marine products are made of high-quality components, ensuring they are reliable and durable, whilst being simple to operate and maintain. Our manufacturers are established companies who supply many of the major boat builders around the world.
Hands-on experience
Our team has first-hand experience of on-board power and live-aboard systems. Our founders’ 46' yacht is equipped with a Paguro generator, Dessalator watermaker, a Studer inverter/charger and Frigomar reverse- cycle air conditioning. Having over 15 years’ first-hand experience of our products in a real environment gives us a thorough understanding of our customers' needs and how to meet them.
Come and meet us
Based in Romsey just off junction 2 or 3 of the M27, we have a well-stocked shop/showroom and are always happy for you to drop in and discuss your requirements with our experienced team (excepting current lockdown restrictions). You can also see us at Southampton Boat Show where we have a large display of equipment in Ocean Hall.
